The NRL have been weak as water so far.

Thet were able to put in place a no fault stand down for off field behavior, back date it and override the legal penalties if they feel it's warranted quick smart.

All the anti tampering rules under the sun have been broken and a letter has been sent to Ben and his management. There has to be real penalties other than a mid year transfer.
