Hypothetical question.

Supposing the Warriors, with it's all-Kiwi spine, finishes outside the top eight this year.
Where does that leave the club?

This, and the fact that a winning team culture and players with the right attitude are more important the the skill, on paper, of a few key players.
All of that and winning or close losses breeds that positive culture and that self belief that no matter what, they can be competitive for 80 mins every week.

Where would you rate our pack in the competitions forwards? Because I agree with both of yous that if we dont make the eight, its because of our pack that were not overly excited about. If I was Kearney I wish I could say to the pack 'stuff Will Smiths Concussion movie, put your body on the line, sprint to bust with every hit up and tackle legitimately with EXTREME aggression and intent to injure', but its easier said then done. They'll be trying hard but theres always someone better.

If they operate like a unit instead of 'Mannerings good' and 'Gavet and so and so' played good today... they got the traffic control in the spine, if we get the positive collective consistent effort from the forwards, our spine will go to the next level and we'll be in that eight. Comfortably.

Broncos have a better pack IMO if only because over a reasonable period they've clearly been better, same with Eels. Until we pony up for an extended period it's just rhetoric

As shown against the eels we need to play the game at speed..this will make up for lack of size

Actually I think weight of possession won us that. If our pack concentrates on completion rate they at least more or less gain parity.
