Cordner and JWH effect

Earlier in the year we were soft on the edges, but we finally worked out that Skidsy and Fergo work well together and Copley got injured and things worked themselves out

But Cordner and JWH are our leaders in defence and they control our line speed. With both of them missing our bench players are becoming starters and reserve graders are backing up and we just lack any punch

Napa had a huge game against Souths and Guerra had a good game too, but they're not going to sustain that effort week on week

Once we get Pearce, Cordner and JWH back we'll improve but it will be a case of trying to avoid the spoon rather than shooting for the 8

We've been in five tight games and lost four of them by less than a converted try. We're not that far off against more than half the teams in the comp.
