I'm talking about the which coverage I prefer. You're talking about the future of cricket. Test cricket on the radio is a background thing, and I prefer the way the ABC does it.
I was actually talking about what people currently think about cricket.

But anyway, you got your wish. More borophyll coming your way if you want.

Well it will be on MMM too, so if different commentators can change the way people think about cricket then problem solved. But I'll continue with the ABC because cricket is boring, and I don't want my commentators pretending it's not.

MMM will be polishing a turd but if they talk about anything other than cricket I'd be willing to give them a go. Well, I would if wasn't for the fact that they are f**kwits.

Here's another hypothesis......the original article quoted was a heap of crap?

How about that the report was accurate in so far as CA held no loyalty to the ABC. It went through in the end and ABC have their tests, but now find themselves broadcasting the womens games and the BBL on either FTA or digital.

It was reported by Wide World of Sports that Cricket Australia was prepared to walk away from the ABC — just as it did after a long-term relationship with Channel 9 when Cricket Australia signed its record $1.18 billion TV deal with Channel 7 and Fox Sports earlier this year.

Maybe. You don't Channel 9 were just feeling a bit jilted. And perhaps feeling a bit like helping a couple of their former employees at Croc? Or simply just creating some news for the day.

In any negotiation there has to be a credible threat of walking away. Both CA and the ABC called horseshit on the article (clearly they're not disinterested parties either), but their version of the story is consistent with what was actually agreed in the final deal.

I can’t see how Ch9 would feel jilted As they signaled in late 2017 that they were unlikely to bid for the cricket rights.

Pulled it back a bit with the Bairstow wicket.

Personally I would have had AJ Tye in the attack earlier, this rain isn't gonna help any of his 165353647585753050609 variations
