I don't understand these conflicting views.....

Alot of people on this board hate Jamie Lyon for what he did. Alot of people also hate Brian Smith for what he is doing. People say that alot of these players are leaving because they are unhappy with Brian Smith. If you hate Brian Smith then how can you blame Lyon? I'm not defending him or anything but who do people generally dislike more out of the two?

Put it this way - Jamie took the easy option and f**ked our club around when he had no intention of returning.

Brian is f**king our club around but there are players who like him and players who don't.

Personally, I'd like them both to leave.

Lyon is scum for how he has gone about leaving. He played one game took $110 000 and pissed off. I cant respect that. Brian Smith has done well as our coach but simply has gone stale. I respect him for what his done in the sport but we simply need change and soon.

The different between Smith and Lyon is that Smith IS trying to do the right thing by the club, he may be failing miserably but at least he is trying. Lyon acted like a coward and betrayed his team-mates, there are no excuses for that.

apparently he made his decision while on the bus on the way TO the game that night... which may have played a small part in the result.
