1. Why did you replace Scott Prince with a makeshift 5/8?
2. Why did you continue to defend Benji Marshall on the wing, when he cost us so many tries?
3. Why did you continue to defend Chris Lawrence 2 or 3 in, when it is clear he has major defensive issues
4. Why did you buy Danny Galea?
5. Why did you turn Danny Galea into a second Rower?
6. Why did Wests Tigers play with 16 players against Newcastle?
7. Why did you make Daniel Fitzhnery captain against the Gold Coast?
8. Why did Stuart Flanagan, Ben Jeffrey and the talented young halves not get any opportunites in 2007 when the team was struggling?
9. Why did you continue to select underperforming players?
10. Why did you buy a 27 year old pub footballer Peter Lewis and a 33 year old fire fighter?
11. Why did you release Rangi Chase and let go of Ben Roberts when you knew our depth in the halves was poor?
12. Why was there no obvious fall back plan for when Marshall got a long term injury?
13. Are you aware that your 2006 quaddie of Slammin Sam Harris, Lolesi, OHara and Galloway have added exactly 0 to the team over the last 2 seasons whilst chewing up valuable salary cap space?
14. Why do you employ a defensive coach that would average over 25 points conceeded a game the last 3 seasons?
15. Why does WT's run a distant 6th in every round of negotiation with high quality available players?
16. Why is the team so unmotivated in crucial games the past 6 weeks?
17. How can we go from GF Winners to 2 consecutive losing seasons, with a young team that was meant to get better?
18. Why was Steve Roach not considered for a position of forwards coach? When it is obvious the team gets rolled so many times up front and has a number of young props needing guidance?
19. Why have we not been actively seeking quality recruits for season 2008?
20 How will we avoid another losing season in 2008 when poor selection, recruitment, retention and lack of accountability have been a significant part of your make up in the past 2 seasons?
21. Why have you made the finals once in the last 13 seasons?
22. Should supporters be satisfied with 1 winning season in 5 attempts at this club?
23. Will you roll out the same excuses you rolled out at the Cowboys?
24. Is Ken Shines or Bill Anderson as equipped as you to coach in 2007?
25. Why are you hailed by all and sundry in the media as a supercoach?

Gotta disagree on Kilo.....he's been pretty good and way ahead of others mentioned there.

Yep, Galloway shouldn't be included in that list.

Apart from that, every question deserves an answer.

Galloway is a pillow. Ask some other teams followers opinions to get some unbiased views..

I got another question...

Do Wests Tigers own or have access to a gym?

We have the weakest, weediest team in the comp.

Hit the gym ladies!!!

We have the skills but lack the size, hence the turnstyle defence. Collis Fulton Hodgo Whatuira Benny G Halatau are all slimline wimps. Any of these players could be the best in their respective positions if they just bulked up to match the opposition.

Maybe we need a new dietician/nutritionist as well???

Maybe Noyce should get in a witch doctor, clairevoyant, crystalist, herbalist and a doc who can aim a needle. We are a f**king joke, albeit one that isn't funny

On that front I'd like a list of all the players we've let go over the last couple of years who are making a big impact with their new teams while in the meantime we have been retaining a whole lot of dead wood and picking up scraps...

26. Supercoach shines. Why were you on a harbour cruise in the week before our most important game of the season rather than teaching the side how to catch, tackle, pass etc

I can use crystals and I am learning more.
Why would they need a witch doctor? Do you believe someone has used magic on the players?
Now I have heard all the excuses. Last year the excuse was the premiers curse.

28. Do you still agree with the retention of Junior Burger?
29. Why is it harder to get out of Wests Tigers A Grade side then it is to get in?

If you want to print your list out, ill sign it along with plenty of other people here and forward a copy to Sheens and Noyce.

1. Why did you replace Scott Prince with a makeshift 5/8?
Initially, he was planned to stay at 5/8 and Benji be moved to halfback
2. Why did you continue to defend Benji Marshall on the wing, when he cost us so many tries?
It was either him, Lawrence or Collis, There wasn't really a better option, so I figured "Damned if you do, damned if you don't"

3. Why did you continue to defend Chris Lawrence 2 or 3 in, when it is clear he has major defensive issues
See answer for question 2

4. Why did you buy Danny Galea?
I like the surname, plus, I have to keep royce happy by buying at least one over rated under talented player from Penrith every year

5. Why did you turn Danny Galea into a second Rower?
so that he fits into the player style I like, where everyone is a second rower

6. Why did Wests Tigers play with 16 players against Newcastle?
I like my win percentage with the tigers in finals football, So i didn't really want to win, only to be flogged by a cricket score against Melbourne.

7. Why did you make Daniel Fitzhnery captain against the Gold Coast?
He was in a form slump, he had to do something in that game, so I gave him the task of talking, I didn't think he'd be capable of f**king that up

8. Why did Stuart Flanagan, Ben Jeffrey and the talented young halves not get any opportunites in 2007 when the team was struggling?
Because I'm almost certain that they will be the next best halfbacks to play the game, so I'll blood them just long enough for anothger team to poach them just as they are showing their potential.

9. Why did you continue to select underperforming players?
Because thats what we paid for. I want to ensure we get our moneys worth

10. Why did you buy a 27 year old pub footballer Peter Lewis and a 33 year old fire fighter?
I have this pub at Yass, and in December last year, the bar manager died in a housefire. I think you can join the dots there.

11. Why did you release Rangi Chase and let go of Ben Roberts when you knew our depth in the halves was poor?
We needed more second rowers. They were too small to turn into second rowers. I tried though, but to no avail.

12. Why was there no obvious fall back plan for when Marshall got a long term injury?
That was an unexpected injury, we had Robbie to look after things.

13. Are you aware that your 2006 quaddie of Slammin Sam Harris, Lolesi, OHara and Galloway have added exactly 0 to the team over the last 2 seasons whilst chewing up valuable salary cap space?
But they are big names, so it makes our team appear impressive on paper, that half the psychological battle won.

14. Why do you employ a defensive coach that would average over 25 points conceeded a game the last 3 seasons?
No one was too happy when management had an offensive coach in Terry Lamb, so I figured it might be better if we went the other way. He doesn't actually do anything, it's just a title. He's usually my beer wench.

15. Why does WT's run a distant 6th in every round of negotiation with high quality available players?
The players that are on the market aren't specialists in the positions we need, which is primarily Second Row and Centre

16. Why is the team so unmotivated in crucial games the past 6 weeks?
meh

17. How can we go from GF Winners to 2 consecutive losing seasons, with a young team that was meant to get better?
It was because of the loss of Scott Sattler, he was our x-factor.

18. Why was Steve Roach not considered for a position of forwards coach? When it is obvious the team gets rolled so many times up front and has a number of young props needing guidance?
His son wouldn't play with us because he didn't want to become a second rower.

19. Why have we not been actively seeking quality recruits for season 2008?
I think we have the right amount of second rowers now

20 How will we avoid another losing season in 2008 when poor selection, recruitment, retention and lack of accountability have been a significant part of your make up in the past 2 seasons?
What we need is for the game to revert back to how it was played in the early to mid 90's. Then you'll see the fruits of my plan

21. Why have you made the finals once in the last 13 seasons?
Well, Mal and Laurie retired, and to be honest, the cowboys side was sh*thouse, and full of queenslanders. Terry Lamb didn't leave me much to work with when I started here either. I think that's valid enough for me to justify my sh*tty record in that department.

22. Should supporters be satisfied with 1 winning season in 5 attempts at this club?
Compared to Souths, yes.

23. Will you roll out the same excuses you rolled out at the Cowboys?
Not at all, I've got a thesaurus now, so they'll sound a bit different this time around

24. Is Ken Shines or Bill Anderson as equipped as you to coach in 2007?
no, they've never coached this first grade squad before, they'd be going in blind. I've got the experience

25. Why are you hailed by all and sundry in the media as a supercoach?
Because I wear my undies on the outside of my trackie dacks.

I was wondering about the likes of Hoffman and O'Donnell. They were former Tigers weren't they? How long since they graced the WT strip?

Here's a list off the top of my head, of former Tigers players now playing elsewhere and doing better than when they were here

Luke O'Donnell
Ben Roberts
Nigel Plum (Was released upon Royce's request, because his tackling style was 'orthodox' - Plum himself told me that)
Luke Covell
Isaac DeGois
Jason Nightingale (I can't remember if it was him or his brother)
Rangi Chase
Shane Perry (played for wests before the merger, was allowed to leave his contract when he realised he wouldn't get the starting 7 job ahead of Craig Field I believe)
Jeff Lima
Anthony Laffranchi

Hahahah. You could not make this up. Is it Royce's goal to have no one that can tackle, much like his Penrith spoon side of 2001. Simmons is a fat, dopey, penriff gnome. I cannot wait for the AGM this year. We have utter clowns running the joint from top to toe.

Dead set Patty Perkins would have us defending with more starch than that penrith clown.

to be fair some of these players were always going to leave (De Gois for example, he would never get a start ahead of Farah) but some of the losses are pathetic, we need a dead wood clean out, fast.
