And to add to the thread. Game of Thrones - Watched the first ep and it never grabbed me. As for movies. Pretty much all those superhero/comic book ones. Not my cup of tea.

In the last scene of the first episode of Game of Thrones, some kid got chucked off a castle for busting some s**t getting fed a length.

That was enough for me.

Comic book heroes should remain that. In a f**king book.

You didn't miss much to be honest. Though I would say Logan is worth a watch, I preferred Batman Begins to Dark Knight, so id recommend that as well.

I have only seen Never Say Never Again, Sean Connery’s last Role as Bond and I can’t even tell you what happened it because it was so long ago, haven’t seen any other Bond movie.

TV - Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, The Sopranos
Movies - Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Avengers

My tv series was identical to you until I watched the very first series of "Game of Thrones" months ago. I would guess that you are like me and not into the fantasy genre. I watched 30 minutes of the first "Lord of the Rings" and did not like it at all. Yet, I thought "Game of Thrones" was very much top notch entertainment. My strong advice is to give it a go. Three episodes in, you'll know whether it is your thing or not. Not seen the other two series at all.

I saw about 30 minutes of "Pirates" as well......was not my cup of tea. Never saw Avengers

I didn't choose to watch it, I was at a friends house and they hired it from the video shop so I was stuck with watching it, that was back in the early 80s sometime.
As for Bond movies, I like a lot of the theme songs but I have no plans to ever watch another James Bond movie in my life time.

I've got too many to list, but Apocalypse Now is one in particular where I've rented it out multiple times since the early 00's & just never got around to putting the 3 odd hours aside to actually watch the damn thing ha!
