Sadly his lack of diligence around process has hurt the club, and him, in equal measure. Some of the mistakes he has made around the peptide, salary cap and other admin stuff with the justification that it is "what we need to win" is dead set not just rookie stuff, but reckless, hopeless and flat out dangerous. To be honest with you I am surprised he has lasted this long.
In saying all this I would be unsurprised that if the eventual outcome of this is Flano resigning on a peanuts contract for 3 years in February with a hefty fine from the NRL- which has been the mail for the last month now.
