If I was the Warriors boss . . .

I reckon Bellamy would be perfectly suited to the Warriors.

He'd be out of the NRL spotlight.

They have the raw talent.

His focus on discipline, thorough preparation and player development is what they need.

Helps when he supplies key players for the best Origin team and the best League team on the planet you think . . . definitely out of the spotlight

Most Storm personnel could walk throughout Melbourne and not be pulled up.

He is faced with less media scrutiny being based in Melbourne.

He is out of the spotlight.

He failed in a highly charged NSW SOO environment.

I get the feeling he does his best work in a relative quiet.

I know what you mean but he's not the only coach that's failed to beat the combination he created

Just to add, I'd like to see Bellamy coach another NZ team

McFadden should have next year. They have a good roster. I don't think Toovey is the right man. If they change, it needs to be a respected kiwi imho. Someone who won't take any rubbish and understands the local culture.

Stacey Jones will be the next in line if Cappy fails. He's won with the Under 20's and doing well with NSW level. Very inspirational and the heart of the Warriors. Cappy will have half of season in 2016 to prove himself or it's Game Over (The life of professional sports)

I'd be surprised. I think Doyle is far too smart a man to appoint someone with zero NRL coaching chops, even one with Stacey's experience on-field. He'd have to be pretty bloody good at what he does.

Bring in Toovey, give him free reign to clear out whoever isn't up to his standards. A fresh start under the Toovey regime.

Some talented players will probably be out the door as a result, but will be worth it in the long run. If anyone isn't on board with what Toovey wants to do, then they can gtfo.

Changing the coaches so often is becomming ridiculous no doubt, but I think Toovey represents an opportunity that makes doing it once again worth it. If the problem is the culture, he's the type of character who can fix that. They don't necessarily need some brilliant coaching brain, they need a guy who is going to stamp out all of the shit that Tomkins spoke about in his article about when he arrived.

I'd quite happily go to Toovey and say bring in whoever you need to to help you, get rid of anyone who you think needs to be rid of, and you've got several years to get the ship straight so don't feel like you have to worry about your job.
