If not Madge, then who?

Ciraldo would need to think long and hard about taking the WT Head coach job - You get one shot at being a first time head coach and you don't want to make it your last head coach role.
You only get one shot at invading the Ukraine too.

Stalin would think Putin is soft as. Not enough starvation and killing of peasants. 16,000 dead is a mild KGB round up of Georgia. Summer holiday frolic in the Crimea.

Just read a story that was posted in the Herald a few days ago about Ciraldo

"The Herald reported on Sunday that Ciraldo has told those close to him that he sees plenty of upsides in the Wests Tigers as an organisation, however question marks remain over the strength and depth of the roster.".....

"Sources with knowledge of the situation told the Herald that Ciraldo sees plenty of upside at the Tigers given what has been done off the field to set up the pathways and the financial investment the club has made in its football department.

The big question mark is over the roster and whether the club can compete for a title in the next three years."

Our roster has been a massive problem for years. I have no idea how you could put up a convincing argument we have strength and depth. Top 6 in three years is achievable and would a big step forward.

As far as competing for a title goes I'm thinking 4 or 5 years would be more realistic but if Ciraldo was prepared to give it a go and be patient he could become our Craig Bellamy with us at least being in the finals year after year.

Come on Cameron, give it a go. This is your chance to go down in history as a coaching legend.

He needs the club to support his drive, BUT will they?

IMO, we only need a few domino's to fall into place and we could achieve top 8, maybe top 4, but shit we have been saying that for years? Our depth is a fallacy.

Unpopular opinion, but imo, Wests run the joint and have nearly always been mediocre? Before you avalanche this comment, I am extremely grateful for West Ashfield's commitment to financing the cause, but they seem more interested in the finance than the footy?

Not that I watch it often but I caught the start of NRL 360 yesterday and one of the ghouls was talking up Potter as the bulldogs coach.

It was very interesting watching Braith, in a polite way, say he basically thought Potter was shit and not good enough to be a head coach. Food for thought on Potter's past time with us.

And the other dude with no hair said the same..like without a doubt...Neither gave a real reason why potter wouldn’t get the bulldogs gig just that he wouldn’t

No invasion is taking place by the Russian Federation in the Donbass and Crimea as they are independent republic regions who were invaded by the Neo Nationalist Ukraine Government Military Junta forces.

The Russian Federation mission is purely Humanitarian and Peacekeeping to liberate Russian Federation Citizens and Ethnic Russians from under the brutal yoke of West Backed Neo Nationalist Ukraine Government Military Junta forces and west mercenaries.

Comrade General Secretary Marshal Stalin saved your criminal west from being under the brutal yoke of criminal germanic hordes and japanese imperialism.

Too much vodka will do that to you Marshal!

Lets call a cease fire, sit down for peace discussions and work out a resolution.

I also agree with a neutral and nato free Ukraine. Hopefully you see @marshall stalin that’s a fair start by me to open talks. A lot of good faith there buddy.

UN monitored vote in Donbas. Crimea, off the table for the moment. Several billion roubles for reparations required, in return for modest lifting of oil and gas sanctions. Moderate lifting of sanctions against hierarchy and no Finland or Swedish western worries for 5 years. Review progress in 2027. RT back into US transmission until further notice.

24 hours to stop shelling or the deal is off.

Six months ago everyone was saying the Cowboys and Broncos rosters were shit too, now they are stacked with origin players.

We currently play well below our capability and have for all but a handful of years in the club's history. If Ciraldo can instill the right attitude in this playing group then there is no reason they can't play finals, and then the roster will start looking a lot better.

Pretty good barometer isn't it? Braith was already a washed up has been even before Sheenius signed him as part of his "throw shit at the wall and see what sticks" method of trying to build a real football team without a genuine halfback for the sixth year in a row. If Braith had anything remotely good to say about Potter, it would immediately call Potter's coaching credentials into question.

CC should be given a deadline. The longer he waits, the less attractive he is.

I hope Seibs put in a resume. He’s a bloody good coach.

Some said we’ve recieved 17 applications, more flooding in. It’s a prize job. Best in the league for a new coach. No harsh expectations. Best fans on earth.

The Wests Tigers and Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are locked in a gripping ‘tug of war’ over Penrith assistant coach Cameron Ciraldo, with both clubs hoping to make the gifted mentor their next head coach.

But he’s now been tipped to snub both and remain at the Panthers, in the hopes of a shock third option next season.

Ciraldo is already on $400k a year (reportedly), the Dogs are also looking at him?
How much do we give an inexperienced coach to come here?
If it's true he is asking for a 5 year deal, are we going to have to wait that long for success?
This is going to be a shit fight for who ever gets the gig, if they don't target the best players available?

Have you put your application in?
Shane Flanagan should coach them, why waste time on a rookie coach thats just going to struggle for years, where flano took a bottom 4 team flipped it into a team that won their 1st Premiership ever, plus he is born an bred western suburbs... madge wasn't the right fit, coz for all his efforts, and hard edge, he didn't make the players accountable, flano wouldn't do that shit, and a new rookie coach would

e reality of where your clubs is means it will take a few years to fully turn it around.penrith went through the same but building the juniors was worth the wait as the tap is turned on
You will not get ciraldo unless you pay overs and a long term contract is he worth it .A big yes
