I'd would probably draw a crowd much like yesterday against the Roosters, about 10,000 people but being a final hopefully a few more but I'd doubt it.

As for TV, not likely to be on any earlier than we currently get. :(

Can not see if being on TV any earlier as nein will not go against the AFL finals on ten.
I would think there would be a good crowd there.

Storm home final? Depends where it's played as OP is unavailable after Round 24 due to the athletic track being re-layed. Most likely would be played at Telstra Dome (aka Colonial or Docklands).

Channel Nein won't affect the gate as they won't show it til after midnight. AFL finals will be on Ch 10, it'll be their 2nd week of the finals, two games to be played and at least one MUST be at the MCG due to contractual arrangements.

Crowd? 12,000 :|

The last time storm qualified for a home final, they had a dissappointing crowd which was less than their usual 14000 season average (about 10,000 i think). But, there TV ratings were spectacular and beat the correspongin AFL ratings for that week. And yes channel 9 did break the rule and telecast them live. I would imagine that they would do the same thing this time around if Storm make the top 4.

MCG looks like to host ALL AFL finals IIRC, for some reason they're not gonna have any at docklands. I think I read it in herald sun a few days ago but i can't remember which day. FWIW, it could be my mind playing tricks on me.

The reason all AFL finals games in Melbourne are being played at the 'G' is because the AFL had to catch up to its contracted games at that venue. Last season they played an extra interstate final that should have been played at the 'G'.
