warriors arn't going to make the final series so its not going to matter.

The Warriors didn't cheat the cap this year so nobody should have any problem if they manged to make the finals. All salary cap breaches were in previous seasons, which is a different situation to the dogs who were seriously in breach at the time they were found out.

You cheated the cap to get Price and Wiki in the same team. Price and Wiki are still there and for as long as they are in that team together the Warriors will be cheating as far as Im concerned.

wouldnt all teams like to go over the cap? if you could take -4 points for say a player like andrew johns, billy slater etc etc.... at the end of the day, if they make the eight it makes a joke of our system, no matter which way you look at it

id gladly start -4 points behind if it meant i had a great player like reuben wiki or steven price on my books, who otherwise wouldnt be there... food for thought anyway

Of course we're dirty. You cheated the cap to steal our best player and captain and your punishment was a measly 4 points because you admitted it? If they 'gave' Wiki back to the Raiders 4 points would be a fair punishment, but they merely just committed a crime, admitted it and were allowed to continue on because they were so honest.

If only all judicial systems were that lenient. :crazy:

They may have busted the cap - but if they are no longer busting it - good luck too them.

Life goes on, I don't see why so many people have their knickers in a twist still. For all we know if Wiki didn't go to the Warriors he may have gone to the ESL anyway. Not only has the breach cost them 4 points and a massive fine, but also untold numbers have not come through the gate this year as a result of it. Move on people. Either way, Ruben hasn't played that well this year anyway, and to be perfectly frank, he's only starting this year on reputation ahead of Evarn Tuimavave.

I think the -4 will cost them a place but if they didn't have the -4 they might have enough wins to make it because they're a good side on their day.

The Warriors are of course looking at 7th or 8th at best but even then i think the Minor premiers and the team that finished 2nd would be pretty weary of playing such a dangerous side.

It's a tall order for the NZ boys though, to qualify

They're not even close to being comparable.

Both carry a competition points penalty (or should have).
