While i think it would be wonderful for the club to have a female CEO - i would hope that if we had 20 candidates apply, we pick the best person for the job. Equal Opportunity and all that.
Obviously a female would bring extra things to the table, like the positive press and image in the media, good feedback for the club, but if there was a man applying who was 10 times better at the job at hand, it would be foolish to hire anyone less qualified.

I never said that I would stop supporting the team, I love the Eels, nothing will ever change that (unless we merged with Manly, then it would be a love/hate thing.)

But I refuse to pay money towards the club when they make a decision that I believe will only cause harm towards it.

My comments are aimed at anyone who will stop supporting the club if we hire TZ. If you didn't say you would stop supporting them then they are not aimed at you.
