Perhaps the most poignant thing Pierce said in the meeting last night when asked if Nobby would be released was that it's all hypothetical anyway as NO ONE has put their hands up to take him.....

Does that mean they've put feelers out?

And at least he didn't say NO.

Last night on SBS World Sports their main rugby league story was on the Sharks, which was a great surprise as we all know the main games dont really involve us much anymore.
Anyhoo the usual dribble was coming out of Raper's and Kimmorleys' mouths, "we're so dissappointed", "last two games are for pride" etc, etc, etc
When they cut back to Sir Les he went straight to the real Backdoor Benny and asked his opinion of the Sharks, he went on a normal Benny Ramble and then said "Kimmorley couldn't even answer the interviewers questions".

The point in all this is, my house hasnt been a Noddy free zone this week as i choose to watch the ever-so-cultural SBS World Sports.

noddy isn't keen on england and will probably resign for a couple more years.

Yes, but only if we offer him another f**king couple more years. For f**k sake surely this won't happen.

i hope mr sideline eye is off his tree on something or had a large afternoon, as i cannot believe it. Then again sideline eye has been spot on when it comes to just about everything.

If he is resigned, i might just have to go on leave for a few years, save some money and wait it out.

Noddy would be alright if we had a coach strong enough and competent enough to make him play the way the coach wanted i.e. if he doesn't follow instructions then back to pl. I still believe he has a lot to offer.

Watch the little fugger have a blinder this weekend.

I bet he has a run from about 15 out and score under the posts.

He is like the blob... it just can't be killed.
