Kidneys have the highest price on the Red Market. You're talking over $150k.

That's a buyer's price, however. Some lucky folks get screwed over by getting ~$3000 for selling a kidney (say, African immigrant who end up in Europe and have nothing) but organs are usually harvested simply by making people disappear.
