i would imagine tt to wing, joel to centre, and i would rather play rooters at full strength or as close to as possible, that way if and when we win it is a confidence boost and have no excuses like they were half a time.

screw that.

who cares how strong they are as long as we get the points

size - yes

but does he have it within to compete with him?

Eela, you honestly think TW would come into firsts and not want too play the game of his life?

He's the type of player that would rise to the occasion imo.

Would you rather Reddy defend him? did you see his attempt at tackl on Gasnier last week, it was worse then Haynes.

Soliolia is a hack anyway.... so i dont see the big fuss about who marks him.
It is if Sa lines up in the centres we will have to worry!

Tony Williams would be perfect for this match!

at the end of the day that still means jack..every player playing first grade play like their lives depend on it some have it, some don't...and that's why it's a gamble....

do you honestly believe that with all his faults and his lack of skill that Joel isn't playing the game if his life every week??? tbh the guy tries harder than any other in the side it's just a shame that there isn't too much improvement left in him.

given that the roosters will have 3 top line forwards missing probably 4 with Myles, they will also have Minichello missing and with O'Mealy on possible stand by the preasure will be on us to put them to the sword on Friday.

i thought it might be a great opportunity to (wait for it) blood Tony Williams  to replace Hayne, this could be a game that we can fast track him to the big time and although Taulima has been admirable at best, I think Tony can hold his own on this one, I also thought he was one of our better performers on Sunday in a badly beaten team.

whoever it is that's taking Jazz's spot it will be almost certain that our left side will be targeted big time.with Soliola and Roberts on that side of the park.

your thoughts.

I want to see Tony show a lot more urgency and try and involve himself more before he gets a call up.

Anyone see the Video of some bloke called Inu training on ParraTV. Looks fantastic. Might still be a week or so away but I wont be at all suprised to see him as a late inclusion.

Im not a fan of TT but I dont think T Williams is ready yet he appears very lethargic at times and seems to go in and out of games.

I think I'll be happy with anyone other than TT. I don't rate him at all.

If Tony Williams gets the gig he will want to take viagra before the game to ensure that he stays "up" all match.
I agree not a fan of TT either very mistake prone.

Im a bit concerned that people are over confident for this game, I think we leave the experiments to another time as I feel this is a real danger game, if we win this and bye next week we are on 14 points, not a big fan of TT but at least he has played half dozen games.

yeah mate, we all know what he's capable off but unfortunately his mindset isn't quite at NRL standard, which is why I think it's a gamble.

Spoke to someone at the club this week who believes Tony Williams will handle the step up this year .

Think he needs to be challenged much like Feleti required, he seems to go through the motions and actually played better when the was in reggies last year. I would be prepared to risk him at some stage.

I spoke with him after I interviewed Josh for ParraTV. Kris is aiming to Play for Wenty during the Bye week with a view to come back against Brisbane if his leg holds up.

Inu wont be playing, 99% sure on that. It would be stupid to have him play a game just before a bye and also just returning from a bad knee injury.

Jarryd Hayne will sure be happy that we have the bye after Origin, he needs it :sarcasm:
