i's sign Smith up quick fast before the broncos try to snatch him.

it's quite simple really, if we don't sign him up by the end of June we don't desearve to keep him.

I've got no doubt that Parra will sign him by JUne 30th

but don't be surprised if it is June 29th either.

Doesn't matter who you sign, the Sharkies will play themselves into form and smash the daylights of you!

I like the look of Tim Smith. But i feel he is holding back alittle. I must say Morris is trying his best to take the pressure off Smith but i feel that soon Morris will start to lay off and Smith is going to produce some explosive performances. I love his bombs to the corners and short passing game.

BS has found his final piece to the puzzle. A top quality halfback.

Didn't Leaulai only sign for one year and he stated that he would like to come after this London stint ??

That was my understanding - that Leuluai had signed a one year deal with London because the Warriors wouldnt release him to Parramatta, and that when the year was up he would come to Parra.

Leuluai is a great player with a ton of potential, but I dont think he neccessarily needs to be the No:7. He is a crafty player that could fill in at 5/8.
Smith was wonderful against Souths and unlike Witt, his tactical kicking game seems to already be spot on (ie no bombs that have gone backwards..yet). In saying that I loved Witt and thought he was our no:7 saviour.
Lets just hope Brian Smith keeps faith in Tim and he plays him all year.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Leuluai he might just stay in England now that Timmy has seemingly solved the halfback issues at Parra.

Hohaia has enough talent to be one of the best halfback/five-eighths in the comp..i'd be prepared to lose one or two youngsters to get him.

I missed this originally. Phillips - the bloke can't even secure a regular spot with the Warriors.......

of course he cant, he's playing for a team that punted Ali Lauitiiti ](*,)

They've punted a lot of players Phillips. Doesn't mean Hohaia should have stayed....... he is ordinary. Ropati leaves him for dead.

i dissagree, Hohaia has a lot of talent and it has shown in 2002 and the start of 2003, injury and playing behind a poor pack last yr has hampared his progress.

I totally agree. Smith rarely is the leader from set plays in the scrum and tends to only take the 5th tackle at distinct times. OBviosuly a way for Smith to have a bit of pressure taken off him but IMO give him the reins now.
