I don't want McInness as hooker he threw one pass tonight from dummy half it was a shocker
Nor do I, he may help others.

I want so much more from Blayke.

Thus far, he is like a polite service man, park your car, open your door, song a boy band song....

Take charge fella or f**k off to England.

When panic stations are activated it is straight to plan B. One out, One out, One out, One out, One out, and kick.

My observation is, that is simply what happens when McInnes and Williams are introduced. Combine this with an error and penalty.....

Where are the stats guys.

Shark score with and without both McInnes and Williams. We bleed points when they are on.

I hope we learnt a good lesson from yesterday. It's obvious where our problems are so at least it's fixable. Long season ahead, get it right merkins.

THere were lessons to learn from 3 of our first 4 games, in that defence has been terrible, and clearly they haven't been learnt.

I would prefer. 2-0 win just one out stuff heaps of flanno ball and we get the win.
But some of our players like the flashy stuff, don't they get people don't come to the game for flash, they come to see you win.

I said it last week, and again after this week, that this is the rotation which is killing us.

Williams is too small to play prop, but gets used there in order to accommodate McInnes at lock. McInnes proves every time he takes the field he is not a lock’s quoit.

Between them, we lose 32kg of forward weight and muscle.

It’s no coincidence we start to get steam rolled when they are out there. And when we’re getting rolled up the middle, that puts pressure on the edge defensive structure.

I’m in Cambodia at the moment and don’t really have the time to look over the stats, but I’ll bet London to a brick you’re right that we concede most of our points while that combination is out there.

What you doing in Cambodia Willis ????

Long story, Quigs.
Ostensibly a minor hiccup with my Thai visa extension. I got told I’d need to leave the country for a short period then come back and reapply.

Do you need a character reference? Slip me fiddy, all it will take. You know of course I have friends in very high places.

Alright Angry man, I'm back from my sojourn and a little time to spare so I had a look.
It's tough to get precise data as I can't locate anything which shows exactly when these guys are being used, so I opted to look at when BHU and Toby are off the field.

Here's what I get:

RoundBHU OffToby OffUsThem
1 vs Rabbitohs17-5026-58612
2 vs Eels23-6016-451810
3 vs Raiders22-6026-66618
4 vs Dragons26-6529-58264
5 vs Warriors26-6525-50618
Totals6262

Interesting to see that over the 5 rounds we have scored as many as we've let in during that period.
Take out the Dragons anomaly though and it's 36 for, 58 against.

And there's your problem.
