Cleary has missed 24 Penrith games in the 3-peat era through origin selection, suspension and Injury from 2021-2023.

24 games that's a full season worth of games basically across the past 3 years Cleary hasn't been on the park. Hasn't stopped Penrith winning.

To win a comp you do need luck but you need it more in September.

Its just getting enough wins to get there. That's the goal for the next 2 months keeping head above water so were not chasing our tail at back-end.

We have a cushy draw in the next month to hopefully get through it before the hard shit starts counting the games until he gets back.

Both Sanders and. Talagi are better defenders than Asi, Blaize played 6 for a lot of junior reps and Sanders is an out and out 7.

Would cause less disruption and provide shall we say youthful enthusiasm and have come through used to winning ( this years Cup is the exception) . Much refer the option of using one of the juniors, but there is a decisions re experience or younger ability.
