It is the same foot Moses had surgery on last season.

In a major blow, the Eels captain will remain sidelined with the aid of a boot throughout his rehabilitation.

Well we have a bye in Round 8.

So i reckon we wont see him until Magic Round in Round 9.

Then Origin is picked 3 weeks after that so Mitch will be back in time for selection again so he can miss more club games.

it will be interesting to see how we cope with this, with realistically now zero legitimate result influencers in the team now.

The Knights will get to learn pretty quickly over the next 6 weeks if they're about to pay $13m for a genuine result influencer or a just a standard run-of-the-mill side kick.

Our halfback now seems to have constant foot issues and our 5/8 is currently a walking time bomb with his ACL.

It will really rub it in if a supposedly busted Gutho plays 24 games for the Dragons even though everyone at the club kept saying his body was breaking down.

That's our season done...I don't think we can go 6 games without our most important player, and catch up.

A fair few people on here said he shouldn't have played for Australia last year.

I reckon most now will be ropeable if he plays any part of origin considering the football he has missed in the past 12 months and the money were paying him

His due back in late April by then he would have played in the proceeding 12 months just 10 games
5 for Parramatta
2 for NSW
3 for Australia

So half his appearances in a 12 month period are rep games.

In all honestly the rest of this squad need to keep their chins up and just have a f**king dig. We can't be so reliant on one player, Penrith seem to lose Cleary for at least 6 weeks every season but its just business as usual for them.

Good thing out of this is that if Brown walks next year we at least have 6 weeks of watching Volkman to evaluate him..

The rest of the team will also learn to play without Moses under the new Coaching as well.
