Shit, wonder why he didn't push for this all those years ago.

And now ....... Chairman of Referees, Cam Smith is now of the belief that 300 game plus one club team players should be exempt from their clubs salary cap.

Shit I wonder who Cam is thinking of here. Maybe something to do with the last bloke signing forcing his / her club to discard an already signed up player to be shipped off to another club to allow the last bloke signed to keep his employer under the cap.
