The best part was the Raiders were very fortuitous to have 13 players on the field in this game. There were some bad calls each way, and every club (except the Broncos) gets a raw deal in at least one game in a season. This just wasn't one of those games for the Raiders. It was bizarre he decided to unload on that game of all games. I can only imagine he was just pissed off and thought it was a game they should have won under the circumstances and looked for something else to blame.
I have paid attention to his pressers, he's maintained that teams find a way to slow down the ruck more than usual against his team because if they're allowed fast ball, they're near unstoppable (in his view, that's the difference from last season to this season, teams have countered their fast play but denying them quick ball). So I guess when they come up against the masters of slowing down the ruck, it makes sense he would be left fuming if nothing was done by the refs to stop it from happening but much like yourself, this game didn't strike me as one of those games where the refs made it impossible for them to compete
Two games off the top of my head I can think of where the refs simply made it impossible for the other team.. Souths/Brisbane, my god we overcame a lot on that night (just kidding, Souths were never a chance), the other was a few weeks ago when Manly were on the receiving end of a 14-4 penalty count
