Think of this. If its true he earns a million bucks a year and has a 3 year contract with the Raiders and if the Raiders get the spoon and sack him and pay out the remaining two years of his contract he will have earned something like 4 million bucks for 2 spoons in 2 years at 2 clubs.

Don Furner has said publicly that there will not be a review into the coaches contract until midway through 2016, no matter how bad the results.
