Opinion Is Ricky Stuart the most overrated coach ever?

Another solid presser from Stick. Spent 5 minutes giving himself a wrap for developing the youngsters . Also complained about Manly being in contact with Fogarty. Actually much prefer his Pashun compared with the rehearsed generic disinterested crap that Seiplod delivers in his pressers.

BTW why have the microphones disappeared at the pressers? It took the NRL ages to fix this before and now it has reappeared. It’s impossible to hear the questions being asked by the media(many would say that’s a good thing.)

The art of the perpetual middling coach..Obrian also. Always showing their employer just glimmer of hope enough to save themselves. Arthur showed just how long you can milk it.
I think Ricky will be blaming the reffs for another decade.

What a shockingly misguided post.
Stuart doesnt hold a job because he milks anything. He isnt showing a glimmer to save himself.

Stuart is as close to having ownership as any coach in the league.
Bellamy and Cleary dont have the job security Stuart has.
f**k me, can you bloke f**king lift, please? Jesus. :D

Trying to write about RIcky and his position and I don't think he'd even know who the Queanbeyan mafia was...

Flanno and Ivan took to the sideline this round but guess who started the trend?
Coaches use to sit on sideline in the 70s. I remember Harry Bath on the sideline in the 77 GF replay and Mark Shulman sitting cross legged in front of him.

Maybe go with some fashion trend for those cold nights at GIO like Jack Gibson did and his fur coat.

Ricky Stuart can't coach halves.

His recruitment and retention is awful.

His game plans sux.

Players won't put it on the line for him.

The modern coach should be analysing in the sky not emoting on the sideline.

Unfortunately most NRL coaches are very good for 80 minutes or so- it's an elite league after all. But Rickster's 4th dimension is the 84th minute already covered. And a young Greig Bullamy got a coaching lesson in 84 minute football tonight.

@nick87 ... get in here and say the thing...
