Is SBW an option for NSW??

now that he was unable to be picked by the kiwis... is he able to switch over and play for NSW??

im not for one minute saying he should play for NSW... but i just wanted to know if he was actually allowed...

seeing as he last represented the Kiwis in 2008... he would have gone through any stand down.

but ive heard they changed the eligibility rules... would he be eligible under the new rules??

i just had a look at the eligibility rules... he doesn't qualify because he came over to Australia when he was 16... and the new rule says 13.

and besides... didnt he go on channel 9 origin game wearing a Queensland scarf going for QLD.
