Only Sele and Ford and possibly Lovadua deserve a mention from ISP side.

Kerr and Leilua have size but no real leg drive. Both lack urgency and needs to rise 2 levels to make first grade.

Allgood is all bad.

Masters is too slow. Cannot see him playing in the backs next season.

Field will in my view remain a first class touch footy player. Have seen zero improvement from him defensively.

All in all a poor performance.

Little wonder Mary is reluctant to promote from ISP.

Looking forward to Lawrie getting a run, to see whether he has improved. Needed to bulk up last time I saw him.

Want to see Sele and Host when fit get a run.

With LAM possibly leaving us, Millward needs to get to work on finding at least 2 FG quality props pronto.

By the sound of it, too much deadwood signed again. Job for the boys coaching staff and players without talent. We will need at least two good props by June 30 if we want to make the four.

First, i didn't watch this game so i cant comment on individual performances but based on previous weeks there are some points to make.
1. There are some younstets in the team that will benefit from this years experience eg: Ford, Lovodua, Robson even Lomax.
2. Several of these guys are part-timers
3. Several contracted players aren't delivering on promise eg: Kerr, Leilua
4. They really miss Herbert when he doesn't play.
5. Field is a myth, obvious speed but would have trouble stopping an u7's from scoring a try.
6. I have a lot of time for Periera, can find the line and currently leading the ISP for tries scored.
7. Head couldn't coach a dog to sit. He would rather run water for 1st grade. If that is so then maje that his job and give the ISP gig to someone who will dedicate their time to them.

It must be heartbreaking for the few who are putting in to watch others on higher salaries plodding along each week delivering little.

JD had the magic formula for them, its time someone tried emulating it.

Ford, Leilua and Pereira would get a pass and the rest were horrible. Mann must play half when Hunt is not available. Only other ISP players who are any good are Herbert, Host and Robson. Need to rebuild ISP side which is crap. That means replace 11 players.

on behalf of all of us up in QLD thanks for the updates and comments.. I now hope we dont have everyone in SOO in the one game as it appears we dont have enough first grade quality forwards

In regard to forwards I believe that Wakeman, Hind and Sironen are better than the ISP imposters as they could make good ground and could defend stoutly. They were good, old fashioned hard heads.

As dragonslayer mentions. JD was our best coach we had for the ISP and maybe first grade.
The players are playing without any purpose. There is no structure in defence and the attack is even worse.
There will be a clean out this year unless there is a 200% improvement across the field.
I don’t know how Field will ever play first grade. Dufty is under no threat from him
