Of course he scoots and passes, ive also seen him kick. Its just not as good as Lukes is.
One is an 80 minute player, one isnt.
One is more offensive oriented, one is more defensive oriented.
With the Souths Forward pack the defensive elements is mitigated by the support and the lack of quality halves means he needs to be 'scooting'.
Same cant be said about the Roosters pack, so they need Friend to play defensive and just feed the ball to the halves.
Luke is a Grub on the field, no doubt about it and needs to pull his head in like Friend had to with his off the field shit.
I would still rather an offensive hooker to take the pressure of the halves. Than a Defensive Hooker.
