You really shouldn't worry Djay.....

The Eels board members revealed to the press that Daniel Anderson has outlined his recruitment plans to them and that they are generally happy with them, and from all these 'rumours' people are saying we should be excited.....

I wouldn't worry, he quite obviously is cleaning house of the players he wants; why would he otherwise have gotten rid of two rising Eels cult stars? (Feleti and Krisnan)
I will bet you anything they only went to the Warriors because Anderson didn't want them here anymore; gotta remember that they have been arguably the two most inconsistent players for us for both this year and last year, maybe he doesn't want players of that talent (and cost) in the team because they can't get their act together and really put in each week?

Regardless of the situation, rest assured that we will be signing more players than fringe props and young NYC guns........
I would be greatly surprised if Ozzy doesn't lure anyone here or Anderson doesn't snag the players he wants to recruit for the 'team' that he wants.....
The Panthers under Matty Elliot are the perfect example of this....with some coaches when they are not happy with their team they spend a few years 'rebuilding' so that they end up with the side they want and *hopefully* flourish.
Or so we can hope....
Of course, with how successful our team was last year and how brilliant the Eels have been in parts of 2010, the signs are looking bright for our future; hopefully, we will get a premiership before the old boys leave (and definitely hopeful for Cayless to go out on a high note!)

Love your attitude Boxhead:clap::clap::clap:

Boston Celtics sign Shaquille O'Neal

Published: Wednesday, August 04, 2010, 4:57 PM Updated: Wednesday, August 04, 2010, 9:00 PM

The Boston Celtics signed Shaquille O'Neal, a member of four NBA Championship teams, to a contract on Wednesday. O'Neal is a three-time NBA Finals MVP and 2000 league MVP.
Terms of the deal were not announced.
“It is not every day that you can add a player of Shaquille’s caliber to your team,” Danny Ainge, Celtics President of Basketball Operations, said in a statement released by the team. “His past experience speaks for itself and we believe that he is a great fit for our roster.”

“I am honored to be joining the Celtics,” O’Neal said in the release. “I have played against Paul, Ray, Kevin, Rajon, and Jermaine for many years and it will be great to be able to call them my teammates. I cannot wait to get to Boston to get started in pursuit of another championship.”
O’Neal, a 7-foot-1 center, averaged 12 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.2 blocks and shot 56.6 percent from the field last season in 53 games for the Cleveland Cavaliers. The 15-time NBA All-Star won three consecutive NBA Finals MVP awards (2000-2002) while winning championships with the Los Angeles Lakers. He also won an NBA title with the Miami Heat in 2006.
Shaq starred at Louisiana State and was the No. 1 pick in the 1992 NBA Draft by the Orlando Magic. His 15 All-Star appearances are the second most all-time behind Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s 17.
