Definitely had his demons - sad news though.

Didn't he once score a try from a failed penalty goal? I kinda remember it. Playing for the Roosters, the attempt hit the upright, he ran through, caught it and scored.

The guy who threw the pass....why is he number 53?!?!!?

not sure if this had anything to do with it

but back in the day of first grade, reserve grade and presidents cup - the 1st grade team would be 1-13, the reserves 14-26 etc - so the reserves for first grade would start from numbers such as 40

Sad news. I remember the name but not the player.

On the overuse of "star", they've even used the word to describe lower grades players.

you only become a 'star' once you're dead or have been caught pissing up against a wall

Looks like he had that number for a good reason...the pass was a shocker obviously...
Love that push in the back from the Easts No.1 on the Souths guy running behind sinclair... these days
they'd go upstairs for that for a possible penalty try LOL...

some of you guys... who constanly say harden up princess if players show emotion... need to have a good look in the mirror....

men keep things in too often... depression/mental illness....

they are afraid to seek help for fear of stigma...

Agreed x 10000.
This bloke was clearly far too young to have passed on already...

Sad news. Sinclair had bucket loads of talent and never fully realised his potential much to the frustration of his coaches I am sure. We saw glimpses of it, though it was few and far between.

R.I.P.

Sad news he was a player i always rated,It's a shame his life ended so early 38 is far too young. Balmain had a few players who looked like future champions in the early 90's Michael Brown, Will Robinson, Tim Brasher and Jacin Sinclair. Unfortunately apart from Brasher none of them kicked on.

As is every minor "celebrity" who's ever been on TV.

And why is every scandal something -gate?

Would it have something to do with journos not being able to think for themselves? :sarcasm:

-Gate suffix became popular media vernacular for a scandal after the Watergate Complex.

Agreed.

Very sad to see Jacin go. Rest in peace.

If recall correctly, he got selected for SOO because the selectors thought Terry Hill was unavailable. When it was discovered Hill was available, they decided to leave him in anyway. But he injured himself in the leadup, and Hill ended up playing.

I also vaguely recall some sort of spitting incident.
