Unless you have someone better to replace JDB - he should stay in the team next year and beyond.
Remember, our biggest issue as a club is we can't recruit top talent because they don't want to go to Wollongong. You don't have that issue with Jack!

He has to retire as a Dragon give him 1 more year then a defence coaching gig after next season
I agree Moz , certainly no better man for the job .

I will always remember a comment he made to the media after a Dragon win and he was awarded the man of the match -

“ I just luv cutting opposition players in half “ Spoken with a huge smile upon his face as it was a genuine comment spoken straight from the heart .

He would certainly add some much needed starch to the Dragons defence and he would be just the man to do it .

We need to hold onto De Belin. We can't just bring in all young inexperienced players. To make way for some marquee players, the following players should be let go:

Lawrie
Ravalawa
BMM
Illias
Flannagan

Move positions or move on:
Suli to edge forward off the bench
Leilua to the prop rotation or move on.

Gutherson to take Suli's center spot
Ramsey to fullback

Debelin should already have a deal for next year. Won't suprise me if he is offered a few years in the superleague and takes it. Tight arse Flanno probably wants him to sign for minimum wage.

Yeah junior flanno was re signed 2 years before the season started and he was already signed for this year . Not like any other club was rushing to sign him not even a A grade side dumb management allowing it to be approved.

The timing of that re-signing is very telling.
Had they waited to see how he plays with more of a lead role in the halves (no hunt), he wouldn't be worthy of an extension.
The Flanagans knew they couldn't ensure it so did what was best for the family on that one, as if a dozen clubs were after Kyle...he has been on Borey Snoreman's level this year, and even he won us a few matches from his boot.

Another case of the fans being taken for a ride.
