Totally worth it, penrith were thinking of getting him, also rumours, but wont be able to fit into salary capRumours are we want him at 400-500k a year
Aiken is versatile too, can play him out of 2nd row, aswell as Valynce, they dont all have to be centres..If Jake signs with the Dolphins, I wonder who will play left centre? Herbie made it known he wants to play right-side and feels that's where he's most comfortable. You'd have to imagine Bennett/Woolf will be looking to accomodate Farnworth first and foremost.
Otherwise I like the signing. Averillo was a stand-out junior who is just starting to blossom in first grade. It gives the Dolphins more strike and he's also versatile which is an underrated quality in a player. Hopefully he can work on his defence, I think Aitken is protecting Katoa just like how Beau Scott used to protect Soward. At a certain point, the band-aid does have to come off, but I'd expect some teething issues there.

Basically he is Kodi Nikorima v2.0, mr versatilityI thought I saw Jake on the left.
Can play halves and full back too.
Would be a good signing I think, at a bargain price.
The game is all about cap mgt these days.
