I hear Fakir will be playing a match for UTC this weekend...??

How long before a ESL rturn..??

I know it's a risk to rush him in and there's only a few weeks left for the French Comp, but can someone tell us how he goes...??

WC considerations if all goes OK, or too hopeful....??

Hopefully he can return to be near the player he was when France gave Asutralia a scare in 2005. Good to hear that he is at least back on the field.

Actually it was in 2004 when France gave Australia a scare, and when Fakir crashed
through Australian tacklers on several occasions, in one instance knocking Darren Lockyer flat on his back. Fakir also put in some big hits on the Australians in defence, in one instance causing Ben Kennedy to drop the ball.

France gave New Zealand a scare in both 2004 and 2005.

France did not play Australia or New Zealand in 2006, and lost to New Zealand in 2007 in Paris (though France scored the first try, in the opening minutes, thanks to Maxime Greseque's kick for Eric Anselme). Fakir did not play for France in 2007.

Fakir was on the bench for Dragons in their 2 point loss to Bradford....

Anyone know how he went..??

He went well against Bradford apparently, and also played in Catalans win over St Helens tonight.

So sad...he could of been anything from what I understand about him.

I'm not sure you understand... UTC is Catalans feeder team in the French comp, effectively their reserves.
