Widdop and Norman are about $1.15million this year next year norman is $700K thats $450K freed up. If Norman was fullback and Dufty moved on, that means Dufty's money would also be available (I'm not advocating this) just pointing out there should be money available.

I like to dream of us signing the Turbo brothers, but I doubt very much it will happen and if it did, we would have to be offering Jake at least 800K a season to move to us. 1.2 for Tom would be about right and even then we still may not get his signature. Tom is the one we want, but so do many other clubs. I think Manly will keep them both and Jake will be their next captain.

Pearson isn't good enough, we should be aiming higher than him.

I doubt that Sailor will make it at centre. If he does make it in first grade, I think 5/8 would be his most likely position, with fullback the other. He does look to have a bit of game about him. He looks like a good footballer from the little I have seen of him. Some on here have said that his defence isn't up to first grade.

I think Lomax would be on at least 200K a season right now. We also should be allowing to upgrade his contract by next season.

If Saab is playing first grade, I think he will be on more than 100K, but I am not sure.

We may have to upgrade Friz next season to keep him here. If we offer him an upgraded contract starting next season, that could help keep him?

I would be surprised if Lucky is only on 200K a year. There was a bit of competition for his signature last time we signed him.

Boys, do some research. There's articles on the NRL website about Manly building their club around their own "Big Three" (and no it's not Garrick, Brad Parker and Thommo) and Taufua saying the rest of the team would work in the canteen to pay the Turbo's way.
