he refers to the bloke as the nrls best centre, then he refers to him as the nrls best attacking centre.

Who the f**k is he kidding..

He has one big off season chase for his signature now he is the best. The only reason it was a big race is because the courier mail hyped it up and everyone raises their eye brows at the broncos unlimited salary cap whilst the nrl hound parramatta.

But I mean really, this is just so far off the planet of reality.

I wouldn't be too worried about what tripe gets written in that rag.

The "journalists" who write the slop in there just tilt everything to their Donkey-centric redneck readers.

He's the best centre in league until a week before Origin, then the rednecks will remember he's a NSWelshman and he'll be flawed again.

Dale copley was the best centre according to broncos fans in 2014..
He is a good centre, but you'd still take guys like lyon morris jennings and Chambers over him at the moment

he has a great 2015, no doubt about it

but no where near being the best centre in the comp. guys like lyon, jmoz, jennings and chambers are better


he is probably in the next tier (which is probably lead by croker, gagai etc)

I'm guessing they are calling him that because he won the dally m centre of the year last season. Sure as hell can't be any other reason

Roberts was the form centre of 2015, I would certainly call other centres better than him. I don't take anything news papers or even magazines like league week say seriously when it comes to rating players. Each position for each club has the best in it accordingto them, it just depends on what day of week it is, who they are trying to sell to and the flavor of the month.

Am I excited to have Roberts in the team, yep, does that mean I think he is the best centre, nope.

I hate Manly, but Jamie Lyon easily is the best centre in the game. his all round ability leaves others behind.
I would rate Michael Jennings higher as well.
Inglis plays fullback now, but does play centre.
Roberts is a fine young centre, with excellent attacking instincts and speed, but need to improve his defence and ability to get his winger into space to be put in the same class as the above players.
