Wow! A prop playing 80 top quality minutes in a grand final is just a super human effort. Burrow was the best player on the park but without Jamie's massive contribution I don't know if Leeds would have won. He might do it every week, I'm not sure, but even so to do it in a grand final where the pace picks up over a regular season game is just unbelievable.

I tip my lid to him, what a player.

Oh yeah, I know he is an awesome player, that is without question. But what he did last night was simply incredible. He was hitting the ball up with the score at 27-6 with 2 minutes to go and off-loading. It was just an amazing effort.

Awesome but I don't know if he has left any petrol in the tank for the test series, I get tired just watching him.

Peacock's club for since his move to Leeds hasn't been to the standards of consistency he set for the Bulls but he sure as Hell does it when it matters be it a Test or a GF.

No, Price is better at least, would still take Civonoceva over him as well. He is easily 3rd though!

No you clearly have no clue, peacock is the best prop in the world and has been consistent world class over the years. Price has made a resurgance but is not what peacock is as a forward. On what merits do you make your claim price or civenoceva are better?

What are peacocks stats for the season out of interest?

I think Peacock is a very handy prop, whether or not he is superior to Pirce and Civ is a different story.

Just the stats i have on him, he made 431 carries, 3248 metres and came fourth in the opta index which gives players a score based on their stats. He was behind barrett, roby and sinfield and by the way, he so is the best prop in the world. But i suppose we'll see how he goes tomorow

I don't even think there is much point in comparing Price with Peacock.

They play in different competitions, and it is probably too hard to get a guage on who's performances have been more impressive.

It goes without saying that they are both fantastic players, and I would choose them as my two starting props without any hesitation.

If Peacock played in this competition, where its more forwards orientated...he'd get dominated more times than not.

Very soft mentally and goes missing at times.

To speak of him in the same vain as Price and Civoniceiva is stupid...he's close...but not there yet.

The NRL is a more defence orientated competition, not a more 'forward orientated' competition. That applies across the park to any position, not just the props. As for who's better... i seriously cannot split those 3, and chuck Asotasi in there too.

Price is more of a centre than a prop. f**king non existant in the finals series. Wasn't seen any where near the middle of the park, prefers running at centres. Most over-rated player in the NRL.

Peacock was hardly dominated in the toughest competition in the world, the RL Tri-nations. Infact, I seem to remember him going in to belt up on the other two forward packs during '06... ignoring his supreme footballing form.
