Yeah Reefy,

I'm pretty sure it was Dalla in the number 7 shirt in Premier League at Canberra.

Whoever it was played crap!!!

Michael Ennis- currently a Knights player.

He is a hooker and is unlikely to be at Newcastle due to the presence of Danny Buderus.
A really good prospect.

I like the idea of Kent playing halfback, and i agree the only thing to worry about is his kicking game..
Hopefully Kimmorley makes a shock return though..

ennis is playing 5/8 this week and buderus is out for origin. what the hell is going on in the pivot selections for this match.

methinks stuey and hages are cooking up another one of their hair-brained schemes

I don't like the idea of him playing halfback, and I really doubt its going to happen. Surely its a very poor smokescreen for noddy's return. If it does happen, I'd expect to see Bird more at first reciever and kent a little wider.

Raper has certainly taken it out on the young blokes. Galloway has been set packing as well.

Ennis is at 5/8 because that is where he is going to play all season. He went well there last week.

Otherwise we'd have to bring up Steve Witt from Reggies :(

Betcha Kimmorley gets out of bed for this one

I'm with Eddo. This could all be a bit of a smokescreen. Bit of a 'Bruno Cullen', a la Carroll and others when Origin looms. Name a red herring, spring the unexpected return on everyone on game day.

Noddy must be busting his remaining ball to get fit for this one...!

Reefy has been crapping on all week about a major change. This must have been it. You wouldn't know though because it's all a big secret.

Did you know that Tubular bells was used in the sound track of the Exorcist? Did you care? No I thought so.

Good luck Mr Kent I wish you a good game.

Sounds like a plan. Obviously Stu has thought it through and thinks Kenty is up to it.

That's good enough for me.

You beat me to it. And I do care.

First saw the Exorcist when I was finishing uni in the mid 70s. Scared the absolute crap out of me and I couldn't sleep for weeks afterwards. Read years later that it was intended as a satire of the Catholic religion.

The extended version out on DVD has Linda Blair walking like a spider backwards. Quite disturbing.

I was fortunate enough to meet the lady herself in 1994 in New York while working in the US and had a fair chat with her. It was hard to talk to her, although she is an extremely likeable person to talk to (and quite easy on the eye), as I kept expecting her head to start spinning around. I was stupid enough to say words to that effect to which she laughed and said that she was told that quite a bit.

I daresay that the Exorcist is responsible for more nightmares than any other movie ever made (except perhaps for "Blood Sucking Freaks").
