Someone with his level of corporate experience has to self-aware enough to realise when you make a mistake, the only thing worse is to double down on it.

if he doesn’t move on MON, they will both be without a job by seasons end. I guess it comes down to if his friendship with Parra Ponissi is more important than his career

The dragons and tigers probably would give us a run - however tigers righted that ship with Richardson and are now reaping the rewards. The dragons for all their failures at least brought on a good recruitment boss in Daniel Anderson for this season and within 6 months have signed Keaon and Drinkwater

Don’t doubt these clubs have had their woes , we didn’t even learn from Spags , Ozzie or Sharpe , we went and hired the Tigers sacked bloke and let him hire half of the Dragons sacked coaching staff.

Apparently on radio , they said his manager told the Dragons to come back with an appropriate offer, they then offered 3 years at $ 1 million per. Unfortunately, can’t remember , think it was sports report on 2 Gb, anyway they are more likely then our mob.Dragons is a coaching issue, the Eels is an admin issue which should have been resolved a couple of years ago

Back when Smith came in we were lucky enough to get the Dogs 4 who brought with them the leaderships that prob5set us up for a long time as we had some good players came through based on what came before...
