There has to be more to it last night than Madge just turning up to a random game of 1st v 16th with none of his State of Orign team players taking part.

Perhaps Ryles looking at Madge in a similar role that Sticky had him doing last year?

Perhaps Madge replaces Ryles' role in Melbourne?

At the game last Friday. Storm come out 7.20pm to warm up, get a feel for the ground, lights etc. Every player plus 4, 5 or 6 support staff. Running drills. Totally organised.
Eels wander out 7.35pm. Just the backs and hookers. One coach, Murph and 2 ball boys. Totally unorganised. Murph putting up bombs. Players wandering around practising field goals etc. Back to the sheds at 7.50pm. Storm head in after the Eels.
It happens every game. Never a forward in sight. No need to acclimatise.
Ffs. And we wonder why.

Yea our warm ups have been a shambles for a long time. We are always laughing (shaking our heads) at the hap hazard nature of ours compared to the opposition. Again, it’s a lack of professionalism
