Knights and Balmain 22 all.
The Knights were ahead 22-10 with 10 minutes to go and blew their lead.
I'm pretty sure the coach will still be telling them about it an hour after the game.

Balmain (just)

Well I did say it'd be close

I'm happy to walk away with a draw, I was trying not to get too excited about the teams chances this year until they were tested against one of the top sides but things are looking good (especially with 10 eligible players who would be certain to make the 17 either injured or in PL)

Jersey Flegg:
St George-Illawarra Dragons 34 d. Sydney Roosters 22
Wests Magpies 26 d. Parramatta Eels 24
Bulldogs 44 d. Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles 16
Penrith Panthers 76 d. Central Coast Rip 4
Newcastle Knights 34 d. Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks 16

That is a massive win for Penrith. Unfortunate for the Rip to be conceding such a big score so early in the season.

A good win for the Magpies there as well.
