I so hate that. I have my 2010 aussie jersey which is the classic look and in cotton. Got it just before they wacked the VB sponsorship on it which looked terrible.

I took the opportunity several years ago to get a cleanskin Aussie jersey before they started replastering it with advertising logos. Back in the short time when they announced that the Kangaroos jersey is sacred and no advertising logos will be on it again.

I'm glad I did at the time. Okay, the Kia logo isn't an eyesore, but that bloody red Westpac 'W' isn't enamouring itself to me.

I just saw it and yep, my exact first thought was of Brisbane Easts Tigers logo.

But wow, I never thought I'd see the day Castleford finally update their logo. Their present one can't be far off the least-professional professional sports club logo on the planet.

I am personally all for this. Their current/old one was so outdated. Could this update be better? Possibly, but it isn't bad imo.

Seen on twitter that apparently its just a Stock Image Castleford has bought, which is piss poor to say the least.

I thought they designed it themselves ... or rather, had someone design it for them. It'd be a shame and just laziness if they did indeed just go out and purchase a tiger head logo and tweak it a tad.

But then I just did a quick Google search and came across this. Not exactly the same, but close enough to suggest this might be the one they saw and liked. It even has the ¾view, which was an idea they were toying with before settling on the front view.
