Talking of rare and unusual jerseys there is a Perth Reds SL Jersey all in red I have seen (still trying to find the picture). All I can think is it was used for a pre season 1997 game before the proper SL jerseys were delivered?

They were training jerseys used in pre season. All teams had them. I have a few.

I would love to get hold of one of those 'abomination' old kangaroos tour jerseys (94 maybe, i think i have an old trading card with jason smith wearing one) that now seem to be the PMXIII design.

Just the way the light is hitting it. If you look at the old girl the the Balmain jersey, the top of her left shoulder looks brown too. Just a bright sunny day making the jersey look different.

That's a great looking roos jersey, worn during the 1994 tour for non test games eg against club sides.

This one on the other hand... this is so bad it's good! Worn durnign three warm up games before the 1992 World Cup final against Cumbria, Huddersfield and Sheffield.

Its great having Australia's best PM of the modern era as a fan. The only advantage of NSW Labor for years was that Morris Iemma is a Dragons fan too which made ground development at Kogarah easier (the rest of the time he was a muppet).
