He's a good kid, the one shining light out of redfern at the moment, weather he can save them remains to be seen though.

I posted about signing Joe Williams on the official site late last year.No doubt about it,he is a great talent. However,in saying that I knew little of the talent of Kieran Kerr at that stage and now think they are both definate emerging 1st grade stars.Couldn`t split them at this stage!

Hasn't anyone realised that we have the QLD half back in our team and how much of a qulaity player he really is.

What the hell are you all talking about. Half back is not our worry, if anything it is our strongest poisition.

A lot of you carry on about Kerr being a revelation, the fact of the matter is that he was no good at the Dragons, so why is he suddenly a player that can take our team to the finals.

Stick with Prince, for christs sake three weeks ago most of you were saying he was our saviour, now you are all turning against him.

Leave Williams with Souths, we have enough young talent to see us triumph sometime in the near future.

it was all good when we had marshell at 5/8 and prince at half now that benji is goone we need a good 5/8 and a good halfback and the best combo i see at the moment is kerr/prince. Joe williams would make a great back up halfback if we need on and if we had a chance to sign him i would so it cant come back to haunt as

In one week with Kerr playing halfback we scored 50 points in two weeks with Prince we score a big fat 0. I realise the quality of opposition was far different but I think that speaks for itself.

If your forwards get smashed consistently your gonna lose.
Against the Warriors there forwards were non existant, enabled our backs to put on points.

The past two weeks - Saints n the Roosters have smashed us in the forwards enabling there backs to kill us out wide.

A halfback's responsibility is to lead and direct the football team around the park as well as executing the attack. Prince is struggling to do this at the moment, as it has been evident in the past two performances. His attacking as well as kicking options have been extremely poor.

Prince is a superb player, no doubt about it, but even the Johns' and Lockyers' will admit that form slumps are common in Rugby League. It also helps if you have the players around you, to help assist in the overall performance of a team. Prince has shined in the past 2 Origin games because of the quality of personnel he has around him.

It's a different story when you're playing with a forward pack that has thrives on going forward and is packed with aggression and size, as well as playing along side Darren Lockyer, then return club football for Wests to be partnered by a makeshift 5/8th in Wilson.

Mate, as I've said, I'm a big Scott Prince fan but he's busting his arse out there. He created plenty of holes and half-chances that against a poorer team would have been turned into points.

I think directing the side around the park requires half, five-eighth and hooker to contribute and implement the various patterns and calls. At the moment, you can see Prince talking behind the forwards and then moving out to the backline, but Wilson and Senter don't appear to be doing much.

The forwards have given us nothing the past two weeks, and we've struggled. I don't think they've turned it up but they just aren't strong or big enough to compete with the absolutely top shelf teams.

Don't know if I'm just being a biased dick right now but I think he's going pretty well. Still wouldn't mind Kerr/Prince halvers pairing though.

As for Williams, he's certainly got alot of talent but I'm sure Souths will be offering him the big bucks to stay on for the next few seasons and with Prince and Kerr, I think there's money better spent on either strike power out wide or a strong running back rower.

Cheers.
