He'll if he doesn't start next season I'd be fine with that. I would rather he's 100% physically AND mentally before coming back. Last thing we need is him coming back too early and re-injuring. Even if the club has a shit start to next season I wouldn't risk him. And forget the Kiwis this year too. Get yourself right for 2018 because the team is gonna need you at the business end of the season.

Its likely that he may play in the RLWC but the Kiwis are looking like the worst Kiwis team in awhile.

I wouldn't rush him back for the Warriors or the Kiwis - he won't be confident, and his running etc places obvious stress on the knee

Normally I hate clubs doing that but if he's out for the rest of the regular season it's probably justified in this case.

Exactly. At the end of the day it should really be up to Shaun and the medicos, but he shouldn't play unless he's 100%.
