Well, the boss and I are spending a week at Surfers , soon as we get home on Sunday, will definitely vote 5 against as both us are members.

Staying at Broadbeach, one noticeable thing is there may well be a Surfers tax, seems most things are 10% or a little more above Sydney prices which is surprising , but given so many are NZers here on holidays , not a big issue I guess.

We had a spot right on the water a few year back, awesome spot. Not a fan of the Goldie at all but Broadbeach is the exception.
