He'd be a long odds to get another shot anyway. He's also been told he's "not in the plans" and can leave. His best chance is that he's already included in the top 25 by virtue of his 10 minute cameo vs Manly. Meaning, he's been used and can be used again as they try as hard as they can to keep the amount of players used in the NRL to a minumum.

If any of you guys were at the jets game the other night dont read too much into the performance. That was by far the worst the guys have played all season.
As such the performance can't be rated as their normal style of play. Just hope they can lift next week as the Knights are going a lot beeter than Souths in Prem/league and if they play like they did on Saturday we are farked.

As of 8:55pm sunday nite, I can confirm, Jon Green has not been resigned by the sharks. Have just got off the phone with Jon, and he was quite surprised at what has been written on this forum as he has received no offer from the sharks at this stage

well its now 9.30 pm & I wa sjust leaving headquarters when an office aid came running down to the foyer with a big manilla envelope.
Now on the envelope it said either "Green" or "Greens"
So we can deduce either the Sharks have made an offer to John Green & a contract is on the way to his house
or
The development proposal requires payments to the Greens party.
