Gus is no fool. He'd know just how many players are out there on the Bondi marching powder.

If he wants to get rid of JAC, it would be for making him look like a fool, nothing to do with the charge itself.
100%. Young blokes with hundreds of thousands of dollars of disposable income, of course it's going to be rife.

If he had feigned contrition like all those before him, he would've got a slap on the wrist like all those before him. But he chose to make his boss look the fool.

He's 29 with a family, I wouldn't say he's 'young'.

Bulldogs supremo Phil Gould has virtually guaranteed Josh Addo-Carr will be sacked after his positive cocaine test as he called out the representative winger for lying to the NRL club.

A scathing Gould declared Addo-Carr's version of events 'changed slightly from day to day depending on what had been revealed'.

'At the end of the day what we have is a positive drug test, there were drugs in his system,' Gould said on the Six Tackles with Gus podcast.

How's Josh still maintaining he didn't take anything. There's been some real good excuses for positive drug tests in Tennis over the years, keen to see what Addo Carr goes with in the end.

I'd be going with one of my mates must have done a line off a scrub I picked ups arse and I went down on her without knowing she had coke clam. The people he is answerable to are ex footy players from an era shit like that happened on the regular. They will probably give him an extension as they nod knowingly.

According to media reports, he pled guilty with the Police and paid the fine for having illicit substances in his system. He's arguing he didn't "knowingly take it".
