What I've seen is that when one changes their name, it comes with a change of name certificate with all your particulars, including the name you were previously known by.Arabella Del Busso may actually be her legal name. There's a partial image of her birth certificate floating around on twitter which shows the name Arabella Del Busso. The little research I have done leans towards you being able to get a re-issued birth certificate with your legally changed name on it.
That said, it was only the top portion of the birth certificate so there was no date of issue visible. She may have only had her name legally changed recently or it could even be a fake.
From memory, In NSW you get a new birth cert with your new name with an annotation down the bottom listing previous names. You can only do this a few times. You can't go do twenty changes of names and all id should be in the new name.I changed mine and I can't remember for the life of me if the changed name is on the front or the birth name. Either way, there is a note on the back about the change of name that includes the name not on the front.
This may also be state specific.

You're a lawyer, cor blimey.Lol, I forgot about you. But thanks for the refresher Timmah.
Which Facebook page did you get your law degree from?
that means i could play origin for any state. niceFrom memory, In NSW you get a new birth cert with your new name with an annotation down the bottom listing previous names. You can only do this a few times. You can't go do twenty changes of names and all id should be in the new name.

You're still conflating two different things and it's hilarious you don't understand it.You're a lawyer, cor blimey.
Mate my frickin border collie told me this didn't have legs.
Better luck next time.
Nope. Just a statement. That statement does need to have Jurat that states you've told the truth.
A persons name name is merely a particular.
Pretty much anyone who has studied law will understand what that means in its fullest. Not this Frog fool.
Wtf are you two on about? A woman isn’t women. Note the ‘e’?
Froggy's implication, and what he tried dragging us for, was that the police would drop the charges because she used a false name. But if the particulars are wrong, then the police will have to amend the application re her name or get another statement from her addressing the name issue. It would definitely need attention. I don't know if it's a fatal issue - but on first principles, the police need to establish the basic elements. I don't think Froggy is necessarily wrong. They are my submissions such as they are.
When in a hole, stop digging. You're still conflating two different things and it's hilarious you don't understand it.
None of the three of us - @Last Week who made the post, @SBD82 or I liking it - were saying the case wouldn't be thrown out, we were all in agreement that your logic as to why it would be was flawed.
You are showing unlimited potential in denial. Are you a member of Scott Morrison's government? When in a hole, stop digging.
So for all the legal eagles - professional, amateur enthusiast or just watched a little Matlock in your day - what happens to this scumbag Arabella Del Aliases?
