Lol, nice conspiracy theory.
Reynolds won't be picked. Suspending him for 1 week or 10 weeks won't change that. He's done his dash.
Not conspiracy thoery... more hope....lol

It is a joke of a suspension though he seems to be a protected species

The NRL need to take serious and dramatic action against this merkin. He is a menace on the field who has absolutely no regard for the welfare of any opposition player he attacks.

I have a question for Dogs fans....was Reynolds always like this in his junior days? When he first came into grade, I remember him being physical, very keen in defence and fairly clean. I don't recall him having the brain explosions he has had for just under a year now....and it is really affecting his form.

He has lost me. Was happy he got the origin run last year and I think deserved a shot. But he has no idea and for every one positive aspect in his game, he has 6 brain farts which cost the team. Mbye is ready to go. Sit Reynolds down until he grows a brain, Mr Hasler.

In other words, forever. It is his choice.

isnt this the third trip in the past 6 months for this dick? he should be hit with a hefty suspension given he should be accumulating points for the same offence, but i'm hoping his punishment will be he has to play for nsw

It's f**ked that a deadset nobody like Reynolds was there when NSW finally broke their Origin drought. He's the last bloke that deserves an Origin win on his CV.

Don't worry. It had nothing to do with who was in the team.

NSW broke their Origin drought due to who wasn't selected, Mitchell Pearce.

We will resume normal programming shortly.

For mine it was all Hayne.

He was in IMMENSE form. Put in one of the greatest Origin performances of all time.

His absence is going to be huge for NSW.

NEWS JUST IN

Large shipment of tin foil hats has been seized in QLD. It is suspected they have been targeted for QLD rugby league fans and Johnathan Thurston.:D

I think it's a stretch to say it was 'all Hayne'

Certainly was the difference, but let's not forget the tremendous defensive effort it took from the whole team. I felt exhausted watching them in Game I.

I thought Hodkinson was okay. Obviously doesn't have much talent, but he was solid & just did his job. Reynolds..... we won in spite of him.

To be honest he did not seem this bad, or it was not noticeable.

He was always a competitor, he occasionally did dumb things but seemed no different to any other junior footy player.

In particular I've never seen him try to trip player until recently, but he does seem to have got into a bad habit in this area.

He has always been a weak defender and that is probably why Des moved him from the 9 to the halves. His defense is much worse when playing injured and is tendency to brain explosions also seems much worse when playing injured.

The real slide seemed to stem from his involvement in SOO last year, it has almost been an out of control downhill spiral since then.

When interviewed off the field he seems like a regular guy there is no indication that he is in the Greg Bird/Todd Carney class in terms off field behavior or the type of bloke he is deep down.

The real question is:- Can he turn it around?

I can understand why a lot of fans have lost respect for him and he has a lot of ground to make up.

Playing in this years SOO would be the worst thing that can happen to him, he is well out of his depth.

Dead shit should be the one facing 6-8, Bird's tackle was stupid but he didn't go around deliberately trying to hurt people.

All Hayne was hyperbole from me, Yes.

But NSW are definitely a weaker team without him, (in the form he was in).

Frankly, whether on the Wing or at Fullback, he rarely played a poor game for NSW.

As an aside I reckon he was robbed of a fair try in 2009 in Melbourne, that would have virtually won the game for NSW. (or at least really turned the momentum)
