It was Boy George CArmont who hit O'Dwyer, Quinn headhighed Hayne (nothing in it tho) but tried to pick up O'Dwyer while he was down after the Carmont hit.

No wonder the judicary is a joke they can't tell the difference between a white bloke with blonde hair wearing #5 and a Maori with black hair wearing #4

The jokdickary really needs to clamp down on players trying to pick up (no not in that way) other players who are injured on the ground

ok maybe they are faking it to draw the penalty but..

What if someone had tried to pick PJ up when he went down with his neck injury it easily could've meant that Marsh would be in a wheelchair today and not the Parra #14 jersey

Flatch, i think the tackle from Quinn they are referring to is the one when Morris scored as Quinn took Chalky out after he passed the ball to Hayne, not the one when Quinn picked him up after carmonts tackle

ok in that case

- What did the MRC say about Carmont's tackle
- Why didn't they look into Quinn's actions and charge him with Contrary conduct

Hindmarsh dodges NRL ban with early plea
Tuesday, July 11, 2006 - 10:59 AM

Parramatta backrower Nathan Hindmarsh has escaped a one-match NRL ban after taking the early guilty plea for a grade one dangerous throw.

Hindmarsh was charged by the NRL match review committee following the Eels' 46-12 win over Newcastle on Saturday night, but will be free to play the New Zealand Warriors this weekend.

The only other player to be charged during round 18, South Sydney prop Scott Geddes, has copped a one-match suspension for a grade two careless high tackle.

Geddes also entered an early guilty plea and will miss the Rabbitohs clash with Manly this weekend.

Yeah, what Quinn did (picking up an injured player) is very, very dangerous. If he wasn't faking the injury, something really bad could've happenned.

"High tackle on O'Dwyer by Carmont. Minor contact with the neck. Main contact with the chest. No further action."

"Parramatta player laying on the ground after tackle, Quinn lifts player by the jumper whislt injured. Unneccesary. Could have been penalised."
