That's the purpose of the loading, in this case it's ensured he's suspended a week for a charge that would normally have been 0 weeks with the early plea.

St George Illawarra forward Tariq Sims could be forced out of the State of Origin decider after being charged with dangerous contact.

The NSW Blues backrower is facing a two-match ban after the Match Review Committee charged him with dangerous contact to the head/neck of Cowboys playmaker Michael Morgan.

Morgan left the field for an HIA after the 45th-minute tackle and did not return.

The Dragons trailed 10-6 at the time and came back to win 22-14.
